Robert D. Schulte Esq.
Mr. Schulte graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1995. After clerking for, respectively, Maryland's Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals for two years, he joined a mid-sized Baltimore Firm where he practiced complex civil litigation for several years in the areas of banking, construction and insurance. Thereafter, he joined a major aviation company representing its interests and conducting various transactions in Europe, South America, the Middle and Far East. Mr. Schulte is an FAA-certificated pilot and continues to represent pilots and other aviation professionals before the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
He is a member of the Maryland State and National Transportation Safety Board Bar Associations, the Aircraft Owners' and Pilots' Association, and has served as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Baltimore School of Law as a Professor of Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing. Mr. Schulte now focuses his practice in the areas of aviation, complex business transactions, construction, construction arbitration and related civil litigation.
